Question 1

How do I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Press “Book now” anywhere on the site. It takes you straight to Studio24, where you choose the treatment, specialist and a time that suits you. Not sure which treatment is right? Contact us and we’ll guide you.

Question 2

What if I cancel at the last minute?

Accepted Answer

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, 50% of the cancelled treatment is payable before a new appointment can be booked.

Question 3

How do I choose the right lash look?

Accepted Answer

We tailor it to your eye shape, natural lashes and the result you want. Bring an inspiration photo and your specialist will suggest the right option.

Question 4

How long does a treatment take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the treatment, the look you want and the condition of your lashes. You’ll get an estimate when you book.

Question 5

When should I book an infill?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your natural lash growth and the condition of your extensions. Your specialist will advise — most clients come back every 2–3 weeks.

Question 6

How should I prepare?

Accepted Answer

Come with clean lashes and no mascara or make-up around the eyes. Contact lenses must be removed before the treatment. If you have extensions from another salon, tell us in advance so we can plan how to proceed.

Question 7

What if I have irritation or an eye problem?

Accepted Answer

Tell your specialist before the treatment. With redness, inflammation or any active problem it’s better to postpone until it has cleared.

Question 8

Where is the studio?

Accepted Answer

In Sofia, Krasno Selo, 193G Braila St — at the rear of block 193. The contact page has a map and our phone number.

Question 9

Do I need experience to enrol?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the course. Foundation courses suit beginners; some advanced courses require prior skills — this is stated for each programme.

Question 10

How does the training run?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the course. From early 2027 theory moves online, while practice is live on a model, with time set aside for assessment and ongoing contact with your trainer.

Question 11

What does the price include?

Accepted Answer

Each course is different. The course page lists the programme, materials, practice and included bonuses. For exact course or starter-kit prices, contact us.

Question 12

Do I receive a certificate?

Accepted Answer

On completion you receive a studio certificate confirming your participation. We also issue a Ministry of Education certificate once its document fee is paid — it gives you the legal right to work in a beauty salon.

Question 13

Do I need the starter kit?

Accepted Answer

It’s optional — ideal if you want to start working right after the course. Hand-picked by Gabriela, it covers 40+ clients.

Question 14

How do I enrol?

Accepted Answer

Send an enquiry through the site or contact us. We’ll share available dates, the programme and the enrolment steps.

Question 15

Is there support after the course?

Accepted Answer

Support is a must! We also have an online community of all our students — specialists with different levels of experience — so if we can’t reply right away, someone there will certainly help.
